2000 square foot home with touches of neutrals, warm woods, soft color palette, bohomian, mid-century modern, and Swedish, Scandinavian, décor. The home newly renovated and impeccably furnished with a chic designer eye. Original fine art in each and every room. Conveniently located near the 10 Freeway in Mid City/Mid Wilshire (near Venice Blvd, Hancock Park Adjacent, and extremely central). Large, spacious living room and dining room, large hallway and bedrooms all have amazing natural light in the open-concept layout. All four bedrooms have a king-size bed in each, along with beautiful natural light and thoughtful touches. The additional office/family room or one of the bedrooms, is perfect for holding talent, hair/make-up/wardrobe. Garage is perfect for loading and protecting equipment. Rolling rack and a commercial steamer provided for production if needed. Bathrooms were all just beautifully remodeled with designer imported italian cement tile and new hollywood vintage style hardware. The house sits on a 6,200 square-foot lot. Front yard, exterior is landscaped with newly native California plants, beautiful agave, palm trees, bougainvillea and foxtail. Two car garage available with 400 concrete space along with large 1500 sqft backyard (backyard is not landscaped and can be used in any manner for production, great space for crew/eating area. Homeowner provides lots of additional staging options, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, décor and furniture. The home is production friendly with many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible.

Chani was a wonderful host! The location is beautifully decorated with lots of natural light. All the great artwork on the walls are her own creations, so that was super helpful for filming. Location was clean and quiet. Thanks Chani!
