About the Space

This spacious backyard offers a wide, open layout that’s great for productions and events of up to 100 people. The large grassy area is completely fenced in, giving you privacy and plenty of room to set up décor, seating, photo stations, or filming equipment. There’s also a raised patio deck with seating and built-in electricity, making it easy to plug in lighting, sound, or gear. One of the biggest highlights is the long, wide driveway that leads directly to the backyard—another huge usable space perfect for catering setup, vendor stations, load-in/out, extra seating, or production support vehicles. Guests will also have access to a back bathroom for convenience, and the kitchen is available strictly for food prep only (no cooking).
