About the Space

Once the paint store for the original ROF Barnbow tank factory, since 1951, it's been serving employees and their families and now is a much-loved hub for the local community. Very close to the A1/M1 link and just off the new East Leeds Orbital Road, it's very easy to find us. With a large, private car park and beer garden with covered smoking shelter, there's also a safe and secure children's play area. Book our spacious function room, complete with stage, separate bar, DJ booth, lighting rig, and catering space. Or, hire our large games room with snooker tables, dart board, and a cosy bar area. Our main bar has a mezzanine area and Sky TV. The entire site is securely fenced off and covered by extensive CCTV. We really do have everything you need to host your event - book one room or all three!
