About the Space
Hollywood based production team and studio space run by passionate industry professionals with a host of lighting, camera, and dit eq available. Conveniently located in East Hollywood near Silver lake. Our open bow-truss style 2000 sq ft studio and private open air side yard are tailored to be as flexible as possible for your next production. We feature a beautiful new 18X22’X11ft high corner Cyc wall. Lots of lighting and grip equipment available for additional fees, 100amp dedicated lunchbox in the studio, ground level load in, and on-sight parking. Wall mounted iPad jukebox with powerful sound system. Dedicated makeup/green room. Multiple bathrooms and dedicated client fridge. Our Location Manager will always be on-site during shoots and available to help your team with any additional eq needs. Please note there is a $100 cleaning/trash fee and $100 paint fee added to all shoot on Cyc wall. *If the Cyc remains untouched during production we will waive the $100 cyc paint fee.

The space was ideal, exactly as pictured and described. There's a full gear locker in the back that has anything you could need to light a shoot on the fly (for a fee but it's all fair). The hosts are friendly and knowledgable. There's some ambient street noise to be aware of when recording sound, but it's pretty minor. All things considered, really great studio space. Looking forward to renting again.

Carter and Leah were just simply amazing to work with. Their space was just as described and perfect for our needs. They had all our gear on hand at the studio and offered us a great package deal.
