About the Space
We are a boutique coworking space conveniently located at the North Burnaby/Vancouver border, directly across the street from Skytrain. Our flexible conference room is suitable for groups of up to 24 for boardroom style or 30 -40people for theatre style. You can rent the entire room, or pull the divider closed and rent 2-halves for 2 separate functions, or rent the half-room of your choice. Tables can be setup classroom style with access to a projector+screen or a 65' 4K SmartTV. A note about parking (if you are driving): there’s only 2 coin-operated meters around the corner from the building entrance for visitors. Otherwise there’s no guest parking allowed before 5:00pm anywhere else in the complex, as you will get ticketed otherwise. Instead, you may look for street parking along Henning Dr. or in the lot directly across the street at 2186 Gilmore Ave. - both of which can pay by phone.
