Lovely spacious bay fronted victorian house with green views in popular residential area in South Manchester. This 5 bed period property is a home away from home with high ceilings, lots of victorian character, along with a charming garden. The home is a quirky space filled with art collected on our travels around the world. We have a lovely large living room with two bay windows (originally two rooms knocked into one). This space is ideal for filming or shoots as you have two styling spaces as well as lots of room for equipment and lighting. Down the hallway to the rear of the property, we have an open plan west facing kitchen dinner. The kitchen leads out on to a raised deck that overlooks our large south west facing well established charming cottage garden. There is access to the rear garden via a side gate. Upstairs, we have 5 great size bedrooms (particularly the master suite), located over two floors. We have a drive to the side of the building for 2 cars and free on street parking. In the basement we have a fun colourful rustic industrial style games room. We would love to host you for your next creative project.
