The open layout includes spacious lounge areas and large windows flood the room with natural light. To elevate your experience further, enjoy access to a stunning rooftop sitting area with panoramic views — ideal for relaxing or capturing breathtaking content. Whether you're planning a meeting or a creative project, The Sophisticated Haven is designed to impress. Please note, the outdoor space is not included in the reservation, but guests are able to utilize the outdoor space. The outdoor grills are not available for use. Low music is played within the space at all times. This cannot be adjusted. Lights in the space are automatic and cannot be turned off or adjusted. We require event insurance for all productions and all meetings of over 30 people. Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
