Descend down the secret dungeon, unbeknownst to the outside world. Spanning an expansive 670 square feet, this seductive space offers a discreet entrance and the entire level to yourself, complete with a full bath, washer/dryer, and a lounge area. There is also a private patio for fresh air and smoking. The basement level is quiet, making it ideal to film contents. Complete privacy is guaranteed. Here, you’ll find a BDSM bed frame, suspension hooks perfect for shibari, CBT chair, rim seat, glory hole, queen-size bed with straps, sling, gyno chair, fck bench, fck machine, stand-up jail cell, straitjacket, whips, canes, gags, dog cage, stockade, Saint Andrew’s Cross, smother box, bondage board, and more. The studio is also equipped with modern amenities: big screen TV, WiFi, central air, Spotify connected to a Bluetooth speaker, a provided iPad that you can change the LED lights to any color. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THESE IMPORTANT STUDIO RULES: ▪️The primary booker must be 25 or older. Additional guests are welcome if they are 21+. We verify IDs at check-in. If the primary booker is not at least 25, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Why 25? To protect our space, we only want to host guests with a developed prefrontal cortex. ▪️The host will greet you upon arrival and give you a walk-through. After you are settled in, the host will go upstairs to monitor the entrance to prevent unregistered guests from entering the premise. DO NOT bring anyone without prior approval, or your reservation will be terminated immediately and your group will be banned from future bookings. We were forced to create this rule due to numerous violations by guests. ▪️The number of people in your booking must be exact. For example: if you booked for 5, you cannot show up 6. If you booked for 3, you cannot show up 4. Everyone counts, including the cameraman, choreographer, stylist, etc. Maximum 10 people. ▪️The main booker must attend the session in person and remain on-site until it’s complete to ensure the studio is maintained in good condition. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others without the booker’s presence. The main booker has to be the last to leave. ▪️To prevent overtime charges, you must check out on time. There is a Ring camera to capture the last guest leaving. ▪️Rate is set to host quality guests and to cater to a specific clientele. Everyone pays the same regardless of status, profession, or number of followers. There is no free stay for influencers in exchange for shout-outs. We will not accept any booking that asks for a discount.
