About the Space
Artist's Regency seafront home in Kemptown, Brighton with spectacular views of the English Channel and Brighton's iconic pier. The huge south-facing living room has high ceilings with lots of elegant original features and three floor to ceiling windows which lead on to the large, tiled balcony which runs the length of the building. The open plan living room/kitchen is a colourful and eclectic mix of mid-century furnishings, an imposing marble fireplace and drawings and paintings by the artist owner and her friends. The dining area has a large tulip table and 6 chairs. Two elegant bedrooms with generous proportions at the back of the apartment have boldly coloured walls and ceilings. The apartment has one main bathroom and an en suite.
