About the Space

Our 194-seat Theater is the ideal place to hold a performance, conference, or gathering. The theater features a modern proscenium, auditorium-quality seating, a concessions stand with cafe seating, and both on- and off-stage wheelchair accessibility. Performer amenities include a green room, two dressing rooms, a ticket counter, a tech booth with sound and light board, and a projector. The Theater is available for rent most weekdays and often weeknights Sunday through Thursday. Rental * Your rental includes a front-of-house site manager who also sells concessions which guests can bring into the theatre. Basic lighting can be set up for no additional cost. * If dedicated light/sound board operators needed, staff available at rate of $90/hour. Stage Our stage has dimensions 21" feet deep x 18" wide, plus additional space in the wings. Backstage Area Backstage there are two dressing rooms and a green room. There is no running water backstage, restroom facilities are located just down the hall from the theater space. Lobby/Concessions We have a lobby area (with a spectacular view) which can be used as a reception area, and serves concessions. Screenings: Newly (2024) installed Epson Pro EX11000 projector which can be operated from light booth or by HDMI onstage or backstage. Please note limited visibility for side seats and some seats by columns. (Limits capacity to ~164). Tech Lighting - theatrical lighting with full wash, center stage spot Sound - Wired microphones on stage, can run audio from booth. A/V - we have a projector with HDMI and VGA connections Please note that all renters are asked to acquire liability insurance. Popular vendors will be furnished upon booking (or by request).
