About the Space
Hi Friends! We have been hosting production shoots of various levels since 2021 from advertisements, photoshoots, social media marketing, talk shows to drama series. With this, we hope to provide you with a pleasant experience! Don’t be shy to ask! We would be happy to help! Also, we have two very friendly dogs, Mao the Frenchie and Misha the Chihuahua up for hire! Price may vary by time of day and the day of the week. Please message us.

Meryl was friendly and responsive throughout the booking process. It made the process hassle free and easy to follow. The location is convenient with loading/unloading and direct access to lifts and unit. The place is well designed and cosy, with ample power outlets. During our shoot, Meryl was great and accommodating. She made sure we were undisturbed and attended to all our needs, and even offered us some beautiful props to shoot with. Meryl & Brandon's home is well designed with plenty of natural light! Not to mention the abundance of decorative props available too! The host are also accommodating and helpful with our request. They allowed us to use their Christmas tree and also helped in reconfiguring the decorative ornaments on it! Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a shooting location!

Would definitely recommend to all our friends ! Brandon was very accommodating as one of our actors was down with fever 2 days before the shoot, we postpone the filming date and he accommodated to our request without any additional charges. The place is very nice and clean ! Thank you so much Brandon !

Meryl and Bryan were a great host! They were accommodating and understanding. The place was really clean and tidy. Would definitely be back to film if there's any more shoot that ever needed a space like this again. Would highly recommend!!

The host Brandon and Meryl was very accommodating and helpful even though we had some last minute items to check for the production and they were quick to reply. The house were so cosy and really gave out a good vibe. It was a fantastic and great experience, thank you so much!

- Any damages will be borne by users. Furnishing and decorations can be used and shifted, do ensure they are placed back to original state. Concrete feature wall can be chipped and scratched easily, no leaning/mounting/pasting of objects or items strictly.
