About the Space
Rustic Modern flex space with seating, couch, and dimmable lights, located in the heart of Detroit. The space is perfect for meetings, workshops, interviews, podcasts, social media content, TV commercials, Network tapings, and a lot more. Parking on-site. Prep Kitchen with double sink, convection oven, microwave, air fryer, ice maker, and beverage center. All furniture in the pictures is included with the space booking. Furniture removal is available for a fee. CHAIRS: 30 BENCH SEATING: 18 SOFA SEATING: 3-4 TABLES: 6 (42x38) Additional Chairs, Tables, and High-Top Tables are available to rent.

I'm from Detroit and previously owned a venue here. I an so glad to know that I now have another space to host events when I come back home! Kudos!!!
