Rooms decorated in country style with painted plastered walls, mostly with wooden floors or carpets. House is located within the pretty village of Ley Hill, one mile from Bovingdon and two miles from Chesham. Space on adjoining common land to park up to 12 vehicles. Built in 1938 from local brick.
