Located on the effervescent area, this ground floor property lies in the midst of many surrounding amenities yet provides a cozy and quiet retreat from the bustle of the street. The front door opens to the guest room on the left and a small entrance area to the right. Ahead lies an open plan kitchen and living area. Opposite the sofa there is a door leading to a small decked terrace. The property comprises of high ceilings and large windows throughout. The living room has a 3-seater sofa and a matching pouf by the window. A 50” TV, a Marshall Stanmore speaker which you can connect to via Bluetooth. The bedroom has a double bed with linen bedding. A small wardrobe and dressing table with drawers and a mirror. There’s a small vinyl player in here also. The bathroom is quaint in midnight blue with a claw foot roll top bathtub. * Please also be aware that there is a bar next door. Music is played at restaurant level and can be heard in the bedroom at times but cannot be heard from the living area when the door is pulled close.
