About the Space

Our home is located in Stuyvesant Heights, Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. We are on a beautiful tree-lined block with plenty of gorgeous stoops. It’s a 3 story brownstone with living, dining, kitchen, and deck with access to the yard on the parlor floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an office/den. Our basement is finished as a speakeasy workroom. Our home was renovated to be cozy, with historic details and modern touches. It has original wood work, plaster mouldings, marble fireplace, an open kitchen, and beautiful fixtures and finishes throughout. We have been renting for production shoots for years on other platforms and recently listed on Giggster. Option to also rent the separate renovated ground floor apartment at an additional rate.     Jordan and Barry were incredible, gracious, communicative hosts who also have a deep knowledge of production. Super beautiful space, with access to ground level and 2nd floor entrances. Very curated space which was so helpful to have in terms of production value. Would book again!
