About the Space
Great Brookhaven location near highway 285 and 400 with easy access to anywhere in Atlanta. Murphy Candler Park is down the street with baseball fields, hiking trails and a lake. Neighborhood with many families and homes built in the 60's, but many of the homes including this one are renovated. Incredible backyard with a fire pit, bench swing, hammock, water fall and Koi pond with Koi fish. Covered screened porch off of the master bedroom. One-of-a-kind brick detail throughout the home. Two beautiful fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. Self-playing piano in the entryway. Professional photos include previous home furnishings. We were searching for a home with a baby nursery for our project, and this location had exactly what we needed—plus a beautifully landscaped backyard with a waterfall as an added bonus! Finding a home with a nursery had been a challenge, so this space was a rare gem that truly fit the bill. The host was incredibly gracious and accommodating throughout our shoot. The home also offered several quiet areas where cast members could rehearse their lines while waiting for their scenes.
