By the sea, in a regency garden square, close to restaurants and cafes. The apartment was once the ballroom of the house. Huge ceiling rose, original features, 4 metre high ceilings and a mezzanine with a bedroom area on one side and an office book area on the other. The mezzanine overlooks the living room/kitchen area which is amazing for overhead food cooking shots or living room shots. 3 x 4 metre sash windows. Main bedroom at the back is ideal for a dressing room. Huge hallway for kit to be stored.
