We have a traditional Cotswold stone farmhouse in Oxfordshire with extensive, flexible grounds and authentic rural features that we believe would be ideal for productions looking for a classic English countryside setting. Key features: Large 6-bedroom farmhouse with period Cotswold design Over 100 acres of farmland with uninterrupted views across the Vale of White Horse Approx. 4 acres of lawn garden suitable for marquees and outdoor event scenes A characterful, run-down farm yard and stabling perfect for “working farm” or distressed backdrops Ample parking with hardcore driveway and farmyard space for 30+ vehicles, ideal for production trucks and crew Flexible interiors, with rooms available for redecoration or set dressing by production design teams We’re very open to hosting film crews and photographers, and we understand the practical requirements of productions on location.

Amazing host, incredible family home, and such a beautiful location. Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The host was extremely responsive, welcoming, and very easy to work with throughout the whole process. The home itself was stunning, clean, spacious, and had such a warm atmosphere. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into the space. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable, high quality venue.
