Quiet studio near stylish neighborhood

About the Space

Quaint studio on the first floor of this amazing building. Built in 1925 and renovated beautifully while keeping its old charm. The studio resides near Atwater Village which has miles of food, coffee, vintage and modern shops. Most of it is walkable from the studio if you feel like getting some fresh air. We are right at a popular intersection so public transportation is easy. The studio has 3 work areas that can be used in different ways. The first waiting room is a great place to receive guests as the big windows let in a ton of natural light. There is a good amount of seating and a big reclaimed wooden table for a receptionist if needed. Wireless printer included. Down the hall there is a shoebox style studio complete with constant lights for video and dimmable lights for everything else. This studio is setup much like a living room on one end for comfort and a neutral gray wall on the other side for taping purposes, A paper seamless is also available as well. There is a frosted glass door for privacy, a two person leather love seat and coffee table. Also available are two Alien Bee heads for photography with umbrellas and pocket wizards. Capturing video is easy with our 4K camera and either the MacBook Pro or iMac (both included). FastCapture is also included if using Casting Networks. A Canon 80D is also available. Continuing down the hall we have our kitchen/office space. A long bar style desk is a perfect space for privacy away from the taping or waiting room. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator are also available here. Dimmable lights for the right mood. The bathroom is also located at this end of the space.
