Perfect for documentaries and interviews. Versatile and quiet converted factory apartment with plenty of natural light and options to shoot against brick or white walls. Plenty of different camera angles and areas to use for different shots. The open plan kitchen with island unit, living room, bedroom and office areas make this an ideal location for filming and photoshoots. The space has high ceilings, tall windows and two balconies. There is a dressing area by the main bedroom with floor to ceiling mirror. Access this first floor space via an elevator with on street parking upon request. The location is a long way from the road and the apartment complex is incredibly quiet with little to no ambient noise.
