About the Space

This is a 3,000 sq ft. studio space with elephant door and driveway access available for Photoshoots, Film shoots, Podcasts etc. Commercial Kitchen and Conference/Eating area to seat over 30 people along with a makeup/dressing room as well as a green room & 2 bathrooms. We have add-ons available with your rental as well as a variety of props for a seamless production experience. Add-ons: Pallet Jack- $30 Arcade Games- $250 Bluetooth Boombox Speaker/Microphone- $40 C-stands(2 total)- $50/each Extra 2 Parking spaces $150 -Commercial/Large Productions, DM us to discuss person capacity and accommodations 2 parking spots will be provided with booking of the space. An additional 2 parking spaces also available for rent($150/both). There is additional street parking on Raymond Ave. & Washington Blvd. If you’d like more information contact us or schedule a tour of our space.
