We had an absolutely wonderful experience filming at Karin’s location. She was incredibly accommodating from start to finis. She was responsive, flexible, and genuinely supportive of our production needs. Karin generously offered us a discount and created such a comfortable environment for our cast and crew. She trusted our team, didn’t micromanage, and gave us the space to work efficiently while still being available if we needed anything.
