About the Space

Private fitness studio for personal training or small group training. Can be used for yoga, massage or physio. Comfortably fits 3 people training and 1 coach. ** This is a queer and neurodivergent friendly movement space that centres inclusivity, autonomy, and accessibility. We prioritise health, happiness, and strength over aesthetics or weight loss narratives, and we do not host content or services that promote harmful body ideals or exclusionary fitness messaging. Our space welcomes all bodies, identities, and abilities, and we ask all collaborators to align with these values in their work here. This doesn’t mean your work needs to specifically focus on queer or neurodivergent communities - only that it should be inclusive and not contradict the values of the space.** Currently looking for a regular PT for early morning sessions. I also offer the space on an adhoc basis
