About the Space
Our space offers a brightly lit 1800 sqft. space in the heart of downtown just steps away from CTV (formerly Much Music), designed with the unique needs of Toronto creatives in mind. Events: Although 80% of our event bookings are birthday parties, we’ve also hosted a handful of wedding receptions, wedding ceremonies, baby showers, bridal showers, puppy yoga, workouts, Interviews, run clubs and more. Productions: The studio comes with a selection of carefully curated furniture pieces to create a decor that serves as a unique playground for photographers and artists, as well as a vast array of equipment suitable for all types of photoshoots – wedding parties, bridal, maternity, family, kids, pets, editorial, podcasts, product, fashion, or commercial. We’ve got all the details covered so you can relax and concentrate on your artistic vision! Studio Features: •Ample natural light •12’ high ceilings •Free high-speed WiFi •Marshall Woborn II bluetooth speaker •65” QLED Samsung TV •Marshall Mini fridge 4.4cu •Air conditioning / heating •Additional props (i.e. accent chairs, plants etc.) •Full length mirrors •Private bathrooms •Proximity to many shops, food and hair/beauty services •15ft cyclorama wall (can be freshly painted white for $50) Equipment Included •1 LED soft boxes •1 flash unit equipped with umbrella & remote trigger (Available upon request only) •RGB LED Panel light with full colour selection •Extension cords •Garment steamer (upon request) •Garment rolling rack (upon request) OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly fee, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster. We charge $50 for deep cleaning on upholstery if food or drink. Stains are left on furniture. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. A $500 penalty will be charged for any signs of smoking indoors. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. Fog and smoke machines are not permitted.

This was an amazing spot for my 25th birthday! I would literally recommend this place for any type of party or function. Great place to take photos and it has a lot of space. They were very quick to respond and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful workshop at Miruna’s studio today! The hosts were incredibly supportive, and we truly appreciate their cooperation and help. The space is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and made with care. We’ll definitely be back for more projects!

I'm so glad we picked that spot for our little post-wedding celebration!! The space was amazing, I LOVED that we were able to put the music as loud as we wanted and party until 4am. Miruna was so helpful and responsive during the months leading up to our event, it made the whole process so smooth. Her husband Andy walked us through everything (lights, sound, etc) the day of the event to make sure we were set up and gave us his number in case of any issue during the party. Overall 5/5 great time, would recommend and would rent again!
