Premium gym and treatment room rental in the heart of Central London. We provide qualified health professionals with state-of-the-art facilities, flexible access, and business growth support—without taking commission on your earnings. THE SPACE Our 1600 sq ft facility sits at 16-17 Little Portland Street, steps from Oxford Circus station. You'll work in a professional environment designed specifically for personal trainers, strength coaches, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and massage therapists. The gym floor accommodates up to 6 trainers simultaneously. Our treatment room offers private space for one practitioner at a time. Both areas feature everything you need to deliver exceptional client experiences. EQUIPMENT & FACILITIES We've invested in equipment that sets you apart: Primal racks with full plate and barbell sets Double-sided cable machines (100kg per side) Dumbbells from 1–40kg Assault bike, battle ropes, and conditioning gear Leg press, extension, prone curl, and GHD machines 11-metre turfed inclined track with training accessories Specialised tools including Exerfly flywheel and velocity-based training equipment TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, and slam balls Bring your own specialised equipment if needed. Day storage is available subject to space. ACCESS & FLEXIBILITY Open Monday to Sunday, 6 am to 9 pm. Book sessions from 5 minutes to 3 months in advance. REQUIREMENTS You'll need at least a Level 3 Personal Trainer certification (or equivalent professional qualification) and current insurance coverage. We maintain the facility daily with weekly deep cleans. You'll clean equipment after each session using our supplied sanitation products.
