The Estate is situated in the Fylde countryside - between the beach towns of Lytham & Blackpool in Lancashire. It has an abundance of features set within 300 acres of natural farmland habitat that exhibit a sizeable lake, various ponds, natural woodlands, endless fields that are used to grow barley & maze, and many acres dedicated to natural wildflowers. We have hives and honey bees too along with an old circa WWII shooting range and small nuclear bunker amongst things!
The site is sectioned into what you might call commercial and non-commercial. The non-commercial is the most picturesque with restored farm buildings that feature natural brick and stone. The Hall itself is Gothic Victorian. Within this area resides our distillery, bar, and event space. The Commercial areas are varied and offer large purpose-built warehouses that are leased out. There are also hundreds of shipping containers for our storage business and hardcore standing areas that have multiple uses.
