About the Space
PLEASE REVIEW THE NEW HOURLY RATE SCHEDULE, REQUIREMENTS, RULES, ETC. BELOW BEFORE BOOKING... The outdoor pool and patio areas are ideal for all photo shoots, film/ video shoots, meetings, workshops, and more. This unique space consists of a three tiered terraced backyard of a private home in a residential area of Silver Lake. The terraces include a heated pool/ hot tub surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, white walls, off-white treated floors, and complete with lounging/ dining areas. Clients will have access to the exterior patios, two air conditioned/ heated room for hair/make up/styling with wardrobe racks, bathrobes, towels, and bathroom. Located in the heart of Silver Lake, the location is easily accessible from the 5, the 101, and the 2 freeways and offers ample street parking. Conveniently located close to other potential shooting venues such as Griffith Park, local trendy bars, and restaurants, etc. makes Poolside In Silver Lake an ideal shooting location. HOURLY RATE: Hourly rate is based on a total number of people. CALCULATE YOUR HOURLY RATE: The hourly rate is $155/ hour for the first 8 people, with a minimum of 3 hours. Each additional person is to be charged at an additional $20/ hour (not including catering or craft service delivery and pick ups). For example: Hourly Rate is $155/ hour for 8 total people Hourly Rate is $175/ hour for 9 total people Hourly Rate is $200/ hour for 10 total people ... etc. etc. Any additional hour within 10 hours from the bookings start time will be charged at your hourly rate. Overtime will be charged after 10 hours of the bookings start time. OVERTIME: Overtime is charged at 1.5 x your hourly rate past 10 hours in increments of 30 minutes. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please review our cancellation policy before booking. SITE REP/ ANCILLARY FEES: For smaller shoots, and/or if available, the Owner will act as the Site Rep. A REQUIRED Site Rep fee will be charged for all shoots at a rate of; $160 for any shoot under 6 hours, and $260 for shoots 6 hours and up (not to exceed 10 hours). A REQUIRED cleaning fee of $160 will be charged for all shoots. Pool heating fee of $80-$100 is OPTIONAL. AREAS OF USE: You will be able to shoot anywhere on the outdoor patio areas of the property, excluding the front of the house. Hair/ Make Up and Styling can be done inside your designated room. SITE VISITS/ RECENT PICTURES: As we are constantly looking to improve the location, pictures shown may not reflect the most up to date improvements and changes. Site visits (virtual or in person) are strongly encouraged.

We had an amazing day here. The host was very accommodating, helpful and very lovely to be around! Even though part of the house structure was under construction during the week we went, we still got amazinggg photos at every corner of this location and will 100% be back here very soon! Lighting was amazing all day as well. Heating the pool was an added bonus for comfortability for some water photos we needed. 10/10 recommend!
