Welcome to one of New York City’s most iconic creative spaces. This expansive, light-filled loft — formerly the personal studio of world-renowned fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier — in the heart of Chelsea’s vibrant art and production district. Now operated by a leading NYC rental house, the studio is built to serve a full range of photo, video, and content production needs. Production Equipment and Support The studio offers full-service rental support, with everything available to rent in advance and have ready on-site for your shoot for an ADDITIONAL COST.
