Intimate small space with a full bar and kitchen. Perfect for small gatherings, wedding receptions, bachelor or bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate events, or anniversaries. Located in the Highlands close to downtown and all sporting arenas, the venue offers convenience and a warm, private atmosphere. A private chef is available to prepare a custom menu of your choice. The space can also be rented for film production projects and photoshoots. Premium Day Rates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are considered premium booking days. Rates for these days are not fixed and must be negotiated directly based on event type, duration, and specific needs. Food, Alcohol & Staffing Food, alcohol, and staffing are not included in the base rental rate. These services are available as add‑ons, including: Full catering options Bar service (beer, wine, spirits, or custom packages) Servers, bartenders, and event staff Setup and teardown crew Security (if required) Pricing for these services will be provided once event details are confirmed.
