About the Space
Our house is very spacious and open which gives you lot of space to work with, and plenty of varied vignettes.The house was built in 2015 and is clean and modern with a contemporary mediterranean vibe. The backyard was built in 2022 and includes a pool, waterfall, outside fireplace, BBQ, large pizza oven and barrle sauna with a beautiful IPE wood outside shower. We are in a quiet neighborhood located with easy access to the FWY and restaurants + beach near by.

We had a great experience! We were looking for an upgraded kitchen and cozy bedroom + bathroom environment for a product launch shoot and their space was perfect. There was plenty of natural light upstairs in the bedroom and bathroom and their design aesthetic fit well with the concept we had in mind. Their kitchen was massive with a giant island and felt very natural and lived-in...perfect for our concept. While we shot primarily in the kitchen and bedroom/bathroom, the rest of the house was very well designed and curated with art and modern feeling furnishings. We only used the back patio sparingly for a few shots, but their patio and pool + lounge area would be great for an outdoor shoot. There was tons of lush, mature landscaping and everything felt intentional. Beyond comments on the aesthetic of the house, Zoe and Jussi were super friendly and great hosts. They communicated quickly and clearly throughout the entire process. They greeted us right at our scheduled time and were very efficient in their onboarding. They gave us a quick tour of the space and asked if we needed anything and then left us to handle the shoot. Quick, easy, and crystal clear. Highly recommended!

We hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband here. It's a beautiful, well-designed space. The owners are lovely, helpful people. We had about 17 people and the space was more than enough. Lots of different seating and eating opportunities. We didn't use the fireplace or pool, but they are available for use. There is plenty of parking for everyone on the street above. I would highly recommend.
