About the Space
Old west, western style cowboy town available to rent for Photography, Commercials, Movies, Music Videos, TV, YouTube etc. Buildings are a "U" shape run which includes a corral, a saloon, a blacksmith area, marshal’s office, small bath house, general store, barber shop, a bank, chapel and an undertaker shop. Also a wooden water tank. Buildings with usable interiors are the Chapel, Bank, Saloon and Rooming House . Resembles a small mining town. Decorated with period furnishings and decorations to resemble an authentic western town no later than 1897. Buildings are between 120 – 150 sq ft each. We have an unobstructed landscape acreage adjacent to the town. The town is located on 2.5 acres in the Lower Juniper Hills area of Littlerock. Gently elevated location with wonderful mountain views to the south and the surrounding land has Joshua trees, desert trees and plants. We are 60 mins north of Pasadena via Angeles Forest Hwy. and 70 mins north of Santa Monica via 14 Fwy. Property access is good for all vehicles and there is plenty of parking. We have a vintage trailer converted to a dressing / make-up room. Guests also have access to a room in the main house for production use. The room has its own entrance and it's own restroom. EXTRAS: We have a GUN, HOLSTER and Cowboy Hat rental. We have 11 prop pistols, 11 antique and vintage holsters and many western hats,also some wardrobe items. This place was great. Roy is an absolutely fabulous host. Cici is fantastic as well. Very kind. Very accommodating. The sets are great. Interiors in the church and saloon as well as a 'house of ill repute' kind of look in the Rooms for rent. There's a jail in the Marshall's office. Great sets. Fun shooting location. The place is off the beaten path - make sure you follow Roy's GPS instructions. There is a section of props and costumes to use if you ask Roy beforehand. Truly amazing. Can't say enough good things.

The place looks amazing, a lot of different buildings to play around. The area with the backgrounds are perfect. You have a lot of space for parking, space for make up and wardrobe, production office and space for catering ! Also ROY its awesome and its an amazing host!!! I recommended 100% !
