Old Time Boxing Gym and Martial Arts Studio

About the Space

Our gym is a unique boxing / martial arts gym with theme colors of dark wood, brown leather, black and brass accents. On the left side of our gym is our Martial Arts area enclosed in a rectangular MMA Cage with vinyl flooring that covers our foam mats perfect for dynamic movements that allow gymnasts and fighters to practice Muay Thai, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Gymnastics and Yoga. On the right side of of our gym is our Cardio area, enclosed by a steel cage black and brass cage that's holding 24 punching bags. 2 65" Television Screen Monitors are on hung on that upper wall that display boxing timers and gym member heart rate metric tile information. In the back-right of our gym is a 14 ft x 14 ft Boxing Ring with a bright red canvas floor and elements of brown ring corners displaying our logo. On the right side of the boxing ring, a large US Flag is proudly displayed on the wall. In the back-left of our gym is strength and conditioning equipment which include weight plates, bar bell, bench press, stationary Rogue Fitness Ecco Bike, Rogue Fitness Reverse Hyper and a Rower. In the back-rear of our gym is a storage rack/shelf, speed bag, and sparring robot mounted on wall. A bathroom and changing room are just next to 2 double rear exit doors. Bathroom has been remodeled and has porcelain black, octagon shaped tiles with gold grout. In the front left of our gym is a front desk area with a large chalk board and 75" Television Screen as well as a pro shop where apparel and merchandise for sale is displayed. In the front right of our gym is a seating area consisting of a large brown leather couch, leather chair and leather ottoman. A storage rack/shelf is next to the seating area.
