Elegantly restored and modernized for today's needs with soaring living room ceilings, home theater, piano, a grand fireplace and classic balcony with swing and a mini wine cellar with cobble and brick. Large dining room with table that seats 8 people. Large kitchen. A breakfast nook with seating for 5 people. Huge entertainer's patio with seating arrangements and a mobile bar and grill. Second floor has a small balcony and 2 Guest rooms available for filming as well as 2 bathrooms and a back area with cobble and a lamp post.
