Large loft style loft in a 175 year old historic building directly across the street from a famous Cathedral. 3 main spaces: 1. The first space has 10ft ceilings, a modern stone wall, long wall of built in book shelving, large windows with direct views of the Cathedral across the street. 2. The second space has an 18ft slanted ceiling, original stone wall, 2 staircases. 3. A 1000sqft terrace overlooking the Most famous Catherdal in Canada.

I rented this space for my proposal and had a great experience overall. Communication was clear and the location itself was beautiful and well-suited for the occasion. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are stairs that need to be climbed to access the space, which could be a challenge if you have heavy equipment, decorations, or a lot of inventory to unload. Otherwise, it was a great space and worked well for my needs.
