This spot is perfect for rehearsals, meetings, and self-tapes. The owner made it very easy for us to check in, and was very helpful in asking us about how we can best use the space. Would definitely book this place again!

We had our first play rehearsals here and Patrick was the best ever. His place is clean, comfortable and quiet. And he communicated very well, with us, making it so much easier. Loved it!! We'll surely be renting this space again.
