About the Space

Hosting a training session? Teaching a course? Or maybe you need a Team Flex-space. Office 101 offers you that flexibility. This office is outfitted with the following: - 12 two-person desks, fitting 24 students total - Additional desk & chair for presentation - 25 chairs in total Included Extras: - 2 Whiteboard Walls (Ask the front desk for a materials pack) - 1 85" Microsoft Hub 2 Board for presentations or collaboration - 2 Large Windows for Natural Light - Located on the first floor and right next to thew entrance and cafe/kitchen, the classroom makes hosting an event or training seamless - If you have a team, this office space may be a better option to allow for more collaboration and privacy - You can have more control over your work environment in an office space - An office space can be more convenient if you have a lot of meetings or need to be in a specific location - A large office space is a better option if you need to use special equipment or have a lot of storage - If you work best in a quiet environment, an office space may be a better option - Square Footage: 600 sq. ft. Coworking Space Dog Policy We understand that dogs are part of the family, and we're happy to welcome well-behaved pups into our coworking community. To ensure a safe and productive environment for all members, we ask that you adhere to the following policy: Dog Requirements Vaccinations: For the safety of all members and their pets, dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella. You will be required to provide a copy of your dog's vaccination records on your arrival. Age: Your dog must be at least six months of age. House-Trained: All dogs must be fully house-trained. Please be prepared to take your dog outside for regular bathroom breaks. Behavior: Dogs must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and must not disrupt other members. This includes excessive barking, jumping on people, or general disruptive behavior. Photos: Please provide a recent photo of your dog for our records. Owner Responsibilities Liability Waiver: All dog owners must sign a liability waiver before bringing their dog into the space. This waiver acknowledges that you are solely responsible for any damage or injury your dog may cause. Upon making your booking a liability waiver will be sent to you or upon arrival the liability waiver must be signed. Leash Policy: Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in common areas. You are responsible for supervising your dog and ensuring they do not disturb other members. Cleanup: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, both inside and outside the building. We reserve the right to ask that a dog be removed from the premises if they are not compliant with this policy.
