About the Space

Over one acre of desert land in Llano, CA, about an hour outside Los Angeles. Includes lots of character--Joshua trees, shrubs, fallen stumps, power line towers, dirt streets, and an abandoned RV a few yards down the road. Easy to access, and extremely quiet and isolated. The land is entirely off-grid--there is no power source, water, bathroom, or structure on the property at present. Restaurants, shops, and other amenities are about a 10 minute drive away. There is no official address to the property, but the GPS coordinates are accurate. Same landscape as you'll find in Joshua Tree, only a much shorter drive.

    Brian was easy to communicate with and the location is great for either 'middle of nowhere' aesthetic with unstructured backdrops, or off the beaten path dirt road type stuff. A single car drove past for the entire half day we were there so it's super quiet too. Would go again!
