Tucked away in the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains, our space is comprised of over 750 sq. ft. of lush green grass areas and over 600 sq. ft. of poolside fun space. The property is beautifully nestled amongst amazing oaks trees, as well as an open canyon, behind one side of the property line, to elevate the comfort and privacy of your guests. Making this a perfect spot for photo shoots, pool parties, birthdays, weddings, family parties, business events, and any other happy celebrations. The 8 ‘ deep pool and patio area includes a covered lounge with a gas firepit and large TV screen with plenty of sun lounge chairs and seating with several outdoor dining table areas. Featured mood lighting and wireless speakers throughout the property makes a memorable evening, and includes a lighted handcrafted wood rolling bar and cocktail tables with barstools. Parking onsite, large driveway, approx. 10 parking spots plus street parking.
