Large 1 acre lot with private pool, parking, full kitchen, and entertainment with state of the art surround sound and so much more.. please inquire about other amenities that there will be a $125 fee for cleaning and refilling propane. We also host non-Swimming events, please look through our photo gallery to see over 1/2 acre of entertaining space! 1hr refundable deposit of $100 required for cleanup and timely departure. 4 hour minimum Additional costs for events over 60 people (price varies depending on number of guests)
