About the Space
Located on a quiet/convenient street, this traditional house has everything you need for your film or photo shoot. With farmhouse touches inside, you will instantly feel cozy and warm in our home. We have two bedrooms and one office sprawling over 1300 sqf. All the furniture was carefully curated by professionals who have wonderful taste. Perfect for commercials, photoshoots, digital format, or feature-length. The large backyard, which has driveway access, is the perfect desert oasis. With tons of fruit trees, aloe vera, and succulents, there is plenty of greenery below the massive stone pine tree in our backyard. Sit under our hand-made bench for a picnic scene, or by the fire pit for a night time shoot. We also have a huge 2 car garage with storage inside of it.

This space is a lovely place to film just about any project. There's a lot of room inside and out and versatile spaces to use. We filmed in a bedroom, the office and living room area and everything went smoothly and looked great. There are a lot of nice touches to the decor of this space so if you're working with a smaller budget for production design you won't have to worry about having a bare space. Nate was very helpful with any needs we had and allowed us to utilize the garage for gear as well. We ended up needing an additional hour and Nate was very accommodating with that. Overall it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend this space.
