About the Space
Newly remodeled beach house with ocean view (duplex). Beautiful, classy but still beachy and comfortable. Modern, light and bright upper unit with tongue and groove cielings and exposed beams. Living room and balcony upstairs have ocean view. Downstairs unit is equally modern and cool. Fun bunk room with understair bed. Great can lighting downstairs so it is good lighting for your shoots. Downstairs patio has view of the sand and is a great spot to spread out and hang out. The house is on a great street (28th Street) in walking distance to the Newport Pier. Easy walk with your equipment in wagons we provide. You also have full use of our beach equipement (surf boards, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, wetsuits, etc..).
