About the Space
Your perfect charming location! The cottage was recently the location for Netflix's Holiday in The Vineyards and featured in the Wall Street Journal for its unique garden setting. A favorite for LA film, tv and commercial productions, this 1930s cottage sits on 1/2 acre and has been fully remodeled with endless charm. It has a California English cottage, wine country, and bungalow vibe. The dining room and guest house have vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. The backyard guest house is a modern farmhouse cottage with a loft, kitchenette, and full bathroom. It can be used for shooting or for a production office, hair and make-up room, or a talent green room. There’s an additional music studio/mini office structure in the very back of the property. There is an ample open space under a giant coastal oak tree in the back, plenty of outdoor tables for eating, a fire pit area, and a garden. Five beautiful citrus trees, lavender, rosemary, and flowers fill the property's outside. There is also parking for trucks or tandem parking for at least 8-9 cars on the property AND a 2-acre basecamp for rent, two houses down. This is the perfect, photo shoot and production-friendly Santa Clarita location with a charming setting, ample open space and lush gardens.

Not only is the property picture perfect for a wide variety of different types of production, but Eden and Zan are absolutely amazing hosts! They were so accommodating with all of our production needs. They are great people that truly understand production and will help you and your team pull off a successful production. We'll definitely be back for future productions!

The gardens are amazing, and the house has wonderful curb appeal. The Home looks like it was art directed. The. homeowners are production savvy and terrific to work with, they are terrific with suggestions and overall communication. Two things to plan for are porta potties and parking. Two doors down there is ample parking and the owners can provide you with contact info for the lot. Renting parking is a must even for a small crew in this beautiful quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to come back and shoot at this unique location again.
