Welcome to our beautiful 3-story loft-style townhome, an ideal space for your small editorial photoshoots and productions! With high ceilings and large windows, natural light floods throughout this modern 2,345-square-foot space, creating an airy atmosphere perfect for creative projects. A fully-stocked kitchen and breakfast island with bar stool seating offer functionality and style. Step out back on the paved patio for a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle inside. The moody second bedroom adds to the array of shooting options throughout the home. While the den serves as a home office, the limited furnishings allow for it to be a blank canvas perfect for additional shooting space. We also kindly ask guests to be mindful of neighbors and HOA regulations. This is a quiet, gated community, so being respectful of the neighbors is greatly appreciated! No shooting of the outside area or large gatherings allowed. All photo and filming activities will need to remain inside the home. Located conveniently near restaurants and shopping in the Norcross area, this small community is right off the highway and within a 15-minute drive to the major production studio complex Assembly Atlanta and other production studios, making this gem in good company. If a beautiful, modern loft space fits your mood board, then this is the right home for you! Parking Please note that parking is very limited. For this reason, carpooling is strongly encouraged, though there are shopping plazas with parking within walking distance of the home. You’re welcome to use the one-car garage for equipment storage, though due to the parking limitations, it’s best used for parking purposes. For parking, you can park in the garage and the driveway. One car can park on the road right across from the driveway (do not park on grass or block the road). If you need additional parking options, please reach out for guidance. Lighting description On the main level, there are large windows in the living room. You can close the blinds on the lower windows, but no light blocking on the upper level. Bedroom areas have blinds and blackout curtains. Furniture and decorations may be moved Furniture and decor can be moved but must be returned to its original location and in the same condition as when removed.
