About the Space
Newly built open concept space for any size photo or film production needs. The studio is on the second floor and is not a sound stage. The Studio has a large Cyclorama with an open concept production space that includes a kitchen, makeup/ two hair stations, two bathrooms, and a conference/lunch space. There is a separate attached preproduction/green/lounge room with a kitchen, changing room, and bathroom. There is also a conference room that has a window that looks into the studio and has a separate entrance and restroom. Basic Grip Equipment rentals are available upon request Fridges can be filled with drinks as an add-on PARKING- Booking comes with 8 parking spots during the week, 15 on the weekends in our gated lot. More parking in the gate can be arranged with notice for $15 per spot up to 8 spots if available. Full lot use can be arranged with notice for $500 on weekends only. No alcohol drinking or loitering in the parking lot. The building is locked at 8:15 PM
