Gorgeous natural light and beautiful interior design, our styled home is perfect for photoshoots, content creation, film and small productions. Our Lofthaus is a cozy and private 1800 sq ft space that is conveniently located a few minutes north of downtown Houston and is exclusively used as a lifestyle and content studio. Features: - 2 story South facing Modern Home with High Ceilings -Walls of windows filling the space with soft natural light -Functional Luxury Kitchen with oversized island and wet bar -Professionally styled home like sets: living room space & 2 styled bedrooms -Convertible dining table can be used to seat up to 6 or styled as a desk or console table -Free street level parking -Private driveway with garage access available upon request -Studio is accessible at ground level for productions (floor plan available upon request) -Large sliding doors lead to an extended side covered patio and yard -Bonus office space to offload and setup equipment -Private changing and makeup room There is one restroom on the 1st floor and two bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Host is available via phone/chat throughout duration of booking. We are just minutes away from popular restaurants and outdoor photo locations in Houston Heights and Downtown areas.

    Great space with great lighting. I only used the living room for my needs. Even on a rainy day, we didn’t have much problem with the lighting and there were extra lights on site to help with any issues in lighting.

    What an amazing space for a shoot! So many different set ups and moods for whatever you my need. The lighting is incredible and the host is even more incredible. So accommodating and helpful, 10/10 would recommend and will be using again!
