About the Space

TOP-LIGHT SOFT-BOX 50% OFF! Normally $1,000/Day - Get it for only $500/Day. 10 hour minimum rental. We’ve made it easy to shoot commercials, films, tv shows, pilots, music videos, shorts, and VR work on our stage! Our LightCube is a curved cyclorama, pre-rigged with a fabulous 28'x28' Top Light LiteGear LED panels with DMX control, and diffused with The Rag Place Magic Cloth. The LightCube is flip-of-the-switch fantastic, and definitely not your average pre-lit-cyc! Light panels can be turned on all at once for one solid continuous light source, or individually controlled for custom looks. Typically our clients will run the lights at only 30% power. However, if you crank them up to 100% you are ready to shoot high-speed photography! Color is also DMX controlled and allows you to slide the color between daylight and tungsten. This is a $100,000.00 rig, that will save you thousands in time and labor trying to achieve the same look! On the other side is our black box stage, complete with lighting grid. Having both the LightCube and BlackBox side by side allows for easy access to a diverse range of looks and setups. Easy access, conference room, hair/makeup room, gated entry, kitchenette, wifi, and more! This is to cover any damage to the property or to rented equipment. The Producer is responsible for all Workman's Compensation and Production Insurance.

    We really had a top tier experience with this space. Super helpful and considering. It was our first time working with a lighting cube and the host was extremely helpful and hands on with guiding and sharing the information needed to operate lighting. So make sure to have a DMX OPERATOR/ Light man to get the full use of the lighting cube. ALL IN ALL 10 out of 10

    Very efficient and easy to work with. They had fast communication, which is appreciated during production. They had NO hidden charges, which are common amongst facilities, so be careful when booking those other ones. ("Corkage fee? Seriously?!?) So we knew what we were paying beforehand, which is super important on a tighter budget. On site rep was very helpful and quick to give us what we needed during the shoot. Everything worked as advertised. Turns out they did not have the director chairs in the right quantities so they waived the charges on that. (And it worked out fine.) I've been in the business a long time, so I really appreciate it when facilities are as easy as this to work with. Also, they offered some discounts to first-time renters like us, and that really means a lot on a tight budget. I can't wait to come back and shoot here again!

Location Rules

  • - 10 hour minimum booking
  • - Adult Content Shoots are NOT permitted at this location.
  • - Anything over 12 hours is considered overtime. Overtime is 1.5x/hour + $50/hr Site Rep OT Fee.
  • - No animals allowed on set or in the production offices without prior written approval from management (Fee Applies)
  • - No ram setting or drilling into Stage floors. Do not nail, staple, glue or tape anything to cyc walls.
  • - No tape shall be used on cyc floor except low tack “Blue Painter’s Tape”
  • - Only water based fog and haze machines are allowed to be used.
  • - There is no smoking or vaping at any time on the set or in the production offices, this includes e-cigarettes.
