The Muted Loft is perfect for a wide range of genres, and thats what we love about it. When you walk in the room you are transported to another realm that only you can define. If you plan on booking during non-elevator hours, please pack accordingly and inform your team. SOUNDPROOF: -Our space has been insulated to help with outside noise HOWEVER it is not soundproof. *Please make proper arrangements if you plan on shooting any audio in the space. TIME: -Please be aware that your BOOKING TIME INCLUDES YOUR SET UP AND BREAK DOWN TIME as well. Please book accordingly to avoid any additional late fees or charges. **Your booking starts at the registered time regardless of if you are running late. This space was great to shoot in! Even though we booked on short notice, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, and provided more than enough information about getting to and accessing the space. We found the best time for us when we shot (February) was in the mid-afternoon, getting a good sun angle toward the back of the space where the couch is, but other times of day/times of year might definitely be better to shoot from the other windows. Windows face northwest and southwest. The space included a changing tent, makeup station, and fan/AC which was much appreciated in the otherwise warm loft and after carrying equipment up the stairs, which you have to take after elevator hours end, so that's something to consider for shoots later in the day. We loved the setup, and achieved a good result with the provided props and furnishings. Highly recommend!

Really great space- lots of light. It was a journey to get there, but with their step by step instructions, it was very easy to find. I would definitely rent this space again. Thanks for being such great hosts!

The hosts provide very clear and helpful instructions on where to park, how to find the room, and how to access its amenities. They respond very quickly, both with the booking request and while working in their space. We would be very happy to book with them again. Their space is so clean, well maintained, and has a beautiful view of the city.

This is such a great space. Windows on 2 walls so its flooded with light. The west wall windows let in beautiful direct sun from about Noon onward. Hosts are great communicators; and the space is nice and clean. Would definitely book again!

Great space for anyone filming an audition, photography, or practicing dance in a studio space. Such a great spot. Location/ neighborhood may seem intimidating, and yes, they charge for parking, but once inside, studio feels secure. We got there during golden hour. Couldn't be happier with the results, and... I BOOKED THE GIG. Thanks for the great space at an affordable price!
