About the Space

A multi-storey Manchester warehouse offering distinctive industrial spaces for film and photography, events and meetings. The venue includes the Main Room, Basement, Red Room, Warehouse Room, Courtyard and Loft. Individual rooms and whole-venue hire are available. Facilities include three-phase power, a changing and makeup room with illuminated mirrors, a steamer and hanging rails, plus two upstairs rooms for clients, extras or green-room use. Two entrances provide flexible access, including a discreet entrance suitable for immersive productions. Whole-venue capacity is 1,200 guests. Standing capacities by space: Main Room 500; Basement 350; Red Room 120; Warehouse Room 120; Courtyard 450. Loft capacity is confirmed on enquiry. Room capacities are not additive. 6–8 cars can be parked on site, with plenty of free street parking nearby. Please discuss vehicle access and loading requirements when enquiring. Standard room hire is £130 per hour excluding VAT (£156 including VAT), with a minimum booking value of £850 excluding VAT. Whole-venue hire is £4,000 excluding VAT (£4,800 including VAT) for a 10-hour day. The advertised starting rate applies to room hire, not exclusive use of the entire venue.
