About the Space
Our photo/video studio, located in downtown Los Angeles, features an off-white, industrial-style space with a range of equipment and props available for rent. Whether you're a photographer, filmmaker, or content creator, our studio provides a versatile and creative environment to bring your vision to life. - Open 7 days a week, 24 hrs/day. - Tons of natural light - Fully equipped - Seamless background - Beautiful Sunset/Sunrise view - Large window - Fast Internet - Free Street parking - Private parking $9 (cash only) - Load/Unload area - Fan - Powerful speaker - Snack bar and fridge - Private bathroom Equipment included: x1 V-Flat x1 Boom arm x3 C-Stand x3 Sand Bags Seamless paper background for $20 a pull: black, grey, red, beige, deep yellow, purple and more. If you intend to use the space with a white floor as shown in the picture, make sure to let us know, because the floor periodically changes color. PETS: Pets are allowed in the studio premises. However, a fine of $100 will be charged for any stains caused by them, including pee or poo. FURNITURE/PROPS: All furniture and props can be moved, but it is mandatory to return everything back to its original position. CLEANLINESS: Eating around or on the furniture is strictly prohibited. Food must be limited to the off-set area. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an extra $200 cleaning fee. OVERTIME: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Please ensure that the studio premises are vacated, and all items brought into the space are removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Please plan accordingly.

Clean studio, i like the big window. It wasnt too cold which i was surprised since usually all those studios in DTLA are freezing inside! extra star for the fridge with water and snacks!

I love that natural light! Thank you, Lorenzo, for c stands provided - that was all I needed for my setup. Will definitely rent it again. If this is the first time you are going there it is a good advise to arrive 40 min before booked time - you might need it to find this place.

For the price, this was a good spot. It had the shadows we wanted and the simplicity. It’s a great space for product shots :)
