About the Space

This eight acre property features a small home with amenities, outdoor bathroom and shower facilities, a creek separating the front and back halves, a treehouse, and a few other aesthetically pleasing odds and ends. This property has been used as a base camp for many productions of all kinds and sizes. We offer the country feel, western shoots, haunted house, great golden hour light against the valley behind us, even that "afghanistan" look in the creek and against some hillsides we have.     This location is great! Perfect for so many shoots. Andrew was a fantastic host. He was very helpful and a fast responder. The mountains in the background make for an awesome backdrop and there is plenty of parking room for trailers and trucks. Definitely would use again!

    I had the best filming experience of my life at Mountain View base camp. Andrew was so incredibly helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. He was on call at all hours to help us with our production. This is the sort of rare find that you pray for while making a movie or show!     This place is great - very versatile in location options. We utilized the fire pit/ campsite & back hills view for a stills photoshoot which worked in total for 4 different scenes. Andrew is very easy to communicate with and work with, really nice guy who has good industry knowledge and open to ideas for use of his space.
